Figure studies are among the most challenging (therefore the most fun) in all of painting.  Here are two depictions of favorite pastimes in rich, warm lighting.  They were each executed in oil on gallery-wrap canvas with the images continuing onto the side panels of the wrap, then varnished to a high gloss.
